Returns and Exchanges

At Greatusclothing, we aim to provide you with a smooth and hassle-free experience. Please review the following guidelines regarding returns and exchanges:

Order Shipment

Most orders are shipped within 2–3 days after payment is processed. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.

If your product is defective, please refer to our limited product warranty for assistance.


Return and Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase, as indicated on your receipt. Products cannot be returned or exchanged beyond 30 days from the delivery date.

For returns and exchanges due to a change of mind, the following conditions apply:

  • Item Condition: Items must be in their original purchase condition—unopened, unused, unmarked, and free of damage.
  • Set Purchases: Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a complete set.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Items labeled as non-returnable or non-exchangeable cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Shipping Costs: For online orders, shipping costs related to returns are not covered by Greatusclothing unless the return is due to a product quality issue.

Your rights under applicable consumer laws are not affected by this policy.


Refunds and Exchanges

  • All products must be returned to SHOPAHOLIX BOUTIQUE LLC in their original condition. Charges may apply for ordinary wear and tear, improper use, missing parts, or damage caused by accidents or misassembly.
  • For product quality issues, SHOPAHOLIX BOUTIQUE LLC will cover return shipping and restocking fees.
  • For personal reasons, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility, as determined by SHOPAHOLIX BOUTIQUE LLC based on the product’s condition and our policies.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Greatusclothing at [email protected] to initiate your return or exchange request. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
  2. Once approved, SHOPAHOLIX BOUTIQUE LLC will provide a pre-paid return label for you to ship the product back.
  3. Ensure that all original packaging, manuals, complimentary gifts, and accessories are included to avoid additional charges.

After we receive the returned item:

  • We will inspect the product and notify you if the request is approved or denied.
  • If approved, your exchange will be processed or your refund issued within 1–3 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment and may take 5–7 business days to post to your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared, please:

  1. Allow sufficient time for processing.
  2. Check with your bank or credit card company.
